The Creative Stories has always been about more than making beautiful things. As the brand has evolved, we’ve found ourselves increasingly interested in how the objects we surround ourselves with can shape the way everyday moments feel.

A cup of coffee at the kitchen table, a candle lit while friends linger after dinner, or a small tray holding the things you reach for every day. Nothing extraordinary has to be happening. Perhaps that’s exactly the point.

A Collection of Tabletop Objects

Today, The Creative Stories brings together handmade ceramics, candles, hydrostone pieces, and decorative objects designed to live alongside one another. But we’re not interested in creating perfectly coordinated sets.

We love a ceramic cup beside a hydrostone candle bringing color to a quiet table, or a tray becoming the place where different objects—ours and yours—come together. Different materials, different functions, and different personalities, connected by the way they are used and experienced.

Designed Together, Not Designed to Match

This distinction has become an important part of how we create. When we develop a new object, we think not only about the piece itself, but also about what might live beside it. How will one shape relate to another? What happens when a smooth glaze meets a textured surface? Can an unexpected color still feel at home within the collection?

The result isn’t a matching set. It’s a collection that gives you room to make your own combinations and create something that feels personal to you.

The Table Is Where It Comes to Life

We keep coming back to the table because so much of everyday life happens around one. Morning coffee before the day begins, something quickly placed beside you while you work, food shared with family or friends, or a candle lit when the evening starts to slow down.

Our objects aren’t intended for elaborate tablescapes or occasions that need to be staged. They’re made for ordinary tables and real life—for the everyday experiences that become meaningful simply because they’re ours.

Make It Your Own

The Creative Stories isn’t meant to provide every object on your table. In fact, we hope our pieces find their way among the things you already own and love.

Pair one of our ceramic cups with a plate you’ve had for years. Place a TCS candle beside flowers from your garden. Add a hydrostone tray to a table filled with books, food, glasses, and whatever else happens to be there.

We want our pieces to become part of your home rather than dictate how your home should look. The most interesting spaces aren’t perfectly coordinated—they’re personal.

Where We’re Going

This is the direction The Creative Stories is growing into: a collection of handcrafted tabletop objects connected through material, color, form, and the experiences they help create. Some pieces will be functional, while others may simply bring beauty, scent, texture, or a little joy to the table.

We’ll continue experimenting with ceramics, hydrostone, wax, and other materials that allow us to explore this idea in new ways. The collection will evolve, new forms will appear, and new combinations will emerge.

But the idea at the center remains simple: beautiful objects shouldn’t just be looked at. They should become part of the way we live.
