1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States. If you are located outside the U.S., please contact us before placing an order.

2. Order Processing Time

All products are handcrafted. Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Processing time does not include shipping transit time. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Any promotional shipping offers are subject to change without notice.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, The Creative Stories is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will assist where possible.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

7. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review and provide a resolution.
