Refund policy
At The Creative Stories, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, or finish are part of the design and are not considered defects.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or defective. To request a retunr or refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Your email must include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
If your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for items that arrive damaged or defective. If a replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect item selection
- Minor variations inherent to handcrafted goods
Shipping Costs for Returns
If a return is approved due to damage or defect, we will cover the return shipping cost. For any other approved return circumstance, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
